All our products are covered by a 7-day policy for return (if there is any quality problem) and 14-day policy for exchange (just change for the same style).?In order to make an exchange, all watches must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was a result of our mistakes.?

We don't accept the request for the return of your received product in the event of product did not meet your requirement on the change of style from the original product design. We shall strictly follow your requirement on the change of the original design of product after you paid for the relevant order you placed.

Color aberration is existed due to the color effect by the PC monitor and weather condition. The quality problem is not included with color aberration. Quality problem shall refer to product blemish such as holes or serious discolored and craze on the product. The problems related to material differentia from the buyer's imagination or when buyer using the product but not beautiful enough and the color is not fit etc which we will not regard them as the quality problem.

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem, without you having to send anything back.

If you really need to send the watch back, after return shipping you must provide us with a tracking number. All refunds will be made in the same manner as initial payments (credit card refunds will be applied to the same credit card number as the initial payment). Please allow us up to 2 weeks after a returned item is received for processing.

We are not responsible for back shipping damages. You are responsible for shipping costs back to us.
If price of the exchanged item is higher than original purchase, please enclose a payment for the price difference. If the price of the exchanged item is lower, we will issue a refund for the difference in price.
After we give the refund, It will take about 30 working days before you get the money. The bank need time to deal with this problem.
